Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer and songwriter, whose stories of young heartache achieved widespread success in the early 21st century. Swift had a passion for music from an early time. Swift quickly rose up in the ranks, beginning with roles in children's theater before singing in front of an audience of thousands.
